Flu Shot Clinic Registry

Home Bound Healthcare will provide flu and pneumonia vaccines to people in the comfort of their homes.

Many frail elderly, or at risk people have difficulty leaving home.

This service will provide them with the protection they need without the tremendous difficulty they face getting out in the community. This customer service offers people the flexibility to schedule the flu shot at their convenience.

Home Bound Healthcare will offer this service at no out of pocket expense for those with Medicare coverage.

The cost of the flu vaccine for those without Medicare coverage will be $25.00.

Home Bound will also provide people with the flu vaccine in the Home Bound Healthcare Local offices. The vaccines will be available after October 1st.

Home Bound Healthcare operates five Home Health Office Locations throughout Illinois and Iowa, at various stages of certification. Four of the five offices are currently licensed as Home Health Agencies through the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), while the fifth office is pending IL Licensure. Two of the five offices are currently certified as Medicare Home Health Providers, while the other offices are pending certification, as applicable. The Home Bound Healthcare Flossmoor office is also accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). And all of our offices are members of their local Better Business Bureau chapters.

Home Bound Healthcare’s four licensed offices provide intermittent nursing, rehabilitation, and assistance with activities of daily living at no out of pocket expense to those who qualify. All five of our offices provide Private Duty Care including Homemaker/ Caregiver Services, and Home Nursing Services.
