Medical Support & Assistance for Eligible Individuals

Home Bound Healthcare is pleased to announce that it is affiliated with a new charitable organization, Home Based Health Charity, NFP.
 
Home Based Health Charity is a not-for-profit charity organization that is dedicated to providing medical support & assistance to those in need.



The charity will work to provide assistance to low-income individuals by providing:


  • Home Delivered Meals
  • Assistance with Medical Expenses
  • Assistance with Medical Services

    • Volunteers include:
    • Doctors
    • Attorneys
    • Nurses
    • Therapists
    • Social Workers
    • Homemakers/Caregivers
  • Assistance with End-of-Life and Funeral Expenses


Assessments are performed by experienced Social Workers, ensuring that beneficiaries meet low-income criteria of the Illinois Department of Health and Human Services, The Illinois Department of Rehabilitative Services, or the Illinois Department on Aging.
