Recently, I was asked what are some of the things that make Home Bound Healthcare stand out as a skilled Home Health Care provider. The first thing that came to mind is our unparalleled commitment to customer service.

I have worked for years in the service industry, and am appalled at the lack of customer service we have all had to become accustomed to.

Wouldn't it be great if we could talk to a real person when we call somewhere with a question?

Wouldn't it be great if the places we do business with knew us by name?

Wouldn't it be great if we knew we really mattered, and were not just a number to them?
